Psalmus 130.
(1g2) |
Psalm 130.
|
||
130:1. | Dómine, non est exaltátum cor meum : * neque eláti sunt óculi mei. | 1. | O Lord, my heart is not exalted: * nor are my eyes lofty. |
130:2. | Neque ambulávi in magnis : * neque in mirabílibus super me. | 2. | Neither have I walked in great matters, * nor in wonderful things above me. |
130:3. | Si non humíliter sentiébam : * sed exaltávi ánimam meam : | 3. | If I was not humbly minded, * but exalted my soul: |
130:4. | Sicut ablactátus est super matre sua, * ita retribútio in ánima mea. | 4. | As a child that is weaned is towards his mother, * so reward in my soul. |
130:5. | Speret Israël in Dómino, * ex hoc nunc et usque in sǽculum. | 5. | Let Israel hope in the Lord, * from henceforth now and for ever. |
V. | Glória Patri, et Fílio, * et Spirítui Sancto. | V. | Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, * and to the Holy Ghost. |
R. | Sicut erat in princípio, et nunc, et semper, * et in sǽcula sæculórum. Amen. | R. | As it was in the beginning, is now, * and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. |
